Prompt the user for the account credit limit.
Prompt for the last 10 transactions’ value.
Display the highest transaction value.
Display the average transaction value.
Display the total transaction value and if it exceeds the credit limit, display the
message “The account number: 9999 has been suspended”.

2. Write a fully annotated C program with the stated features.
3. Each of the features must be implemented using an appropriate C function.
4. Produce test cases for each function that you have developed.
